Conditions AMEs Can Issue (CACI) is a series of conditions which allow AMEs to regular issue if the applicant meets the parameters of the CACI Condition Worksheet. FAA worksheets provide detailed instructions to the examiner and outline condition-specific requirements for the applicant.
Dr. Pinnell is president of Airdocs Aeromedical Support Services, a multi-specialty group providing a variety of services to the aviation community. He has 20 years of aviation medicine experience and has been a pilot for 38 years.
He is a Family Practice Physician and Senior Aviation Medical Examiner in Michigan. He serves as a Chief Flight Surgeon and Commander for the 434th Aerospace Medicine Squadron at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana.
He serves as adjunct professor teaching Aviation Physiology and Human Factors at Western Michigan University College of Aviation. He is a board member for Civil Aviation Medical Association (CAMA) and AME Consultant to the Federal Air Surgeon.
Paul Preidecker is president of the National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI). He retired from Air Wisconsin Airlines where he held the position of chief flight instructor and captain. He has logged over 8,000 hours, holds an ATP certificate and type ratings in the CL-65, Do-328 and LR-JET. Paul has been an invited speaker at the NTSB, Regional Airline Association, and the World Aviation Training Summit.
Paul has also served on a FAA Aviation Rulemaking Committee. Paul is president of his own company, FlightDeck Insights, where he provides aviation education and consulting services to his clients.
